These do NOT have grooves in the side bars.
The bottom bar is a single piece with a groove.
The Top bar has a groove on the inside, without a removeable piece

Flat pack with nails for easy self assembly
No need for plastic spacers
Can also be used with castellated spacers – but not necessary.

distance between top and bottom bar – 204mm + groove depth
