This wood stain is the perfect product to protect & beautify your lovely Beehives as it is totally Bee Friendly!
A light vibrant blue wood stain with pastel hues evoking images of the passage from spring to summer. Wood Stain and Protect Cornflower wood stain looks striking on its own or as a background to a planting theme.
Wood Stain and Protect is water based and water clean-up.
Ideally you should use a minimum of 2 coats of stain, particularly on new untreated wood, with each coat adding to colour and protection.
Can also be used on Polyhives.

Coverage: 1 Litre will cover 8-12m² per coat (which should cover at least 2-3 average beehives with 2 coats each)
Advice: 2 coats are recommended with further coats increasing the solidity of the colour. Wood Stain + Protect is a wood stain coating so will wear off over time.
IMPORTANT - Paint the exterior of the beehive only!
