The glass is quite thin they feel fragile I lost 11 in delivery could well just be pore handling of the delivery company but that’s just my experience

We've sold thousands of these jars and this is the first breakage during shipping.
The quality/manufacturer of these jars is the same as the others that you gave 5/5 for.
Genrally suppliers won't cover for jars broken in transport, however we did refund for the broken jars on this occasion, as we had run out of stock to offer replacents.
